When we give wholeheartedly without expecting anything back, God always blesses us in return. And when God blesses us, it's always better and bigger than anything we could have gotten from our good deeds.

As the bible says in 2 Corinthians 9:6-8; "Remember this: Whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things, at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."

Giving doesn't always have to be material things. If you've got them to give, that's great. On the other hand, you may be thinking you don't have much to give. The fact is you don't have to be rich in order to bless someone. Sometimes giving from the little that you have can open a huge door of opportunity for you. It can even be a simple act of giving someone a smile. Some people are so down that, your simple deed of smiling to them can make them feel loved and cared for.

Also, it could be your words of encouragement to lift someone up. Some people have got the resources and everything they need to succeed in life, all they need is someone to encourage them to realize those gifts they've got in order to move ahead and pursue their dreams. You could be that person.

One thing with giving cheerfully, is not always expecting to get something back. And if we give freely and willingly, God will always bless us in return.

A blessing doesn't always have to be material things. It could be peace in your mind, it could be power or strength to withstand every set back in life or even a joyous heart. (being happy all the time, even in times of difficulties.) God blesses us in diverse ways. As believers, let us try and develop the habit of blessing others with the little that we have and our God will reward us abundantly in return. AMEN!!!!
